How do convince a normie who loved SMB3 and Wii Mario to play SMW?

Tell him SMW is the only Mario game where you can actually throw shells and other objects upwards instead of being limited sideways only.
Although if he's a normie, he might not care about that sort of technical stuff, so just tell him SMW is one of the most acclaimed video games ever and would be nuts not to play it, especially if he liked 3.
