A Link to the Past randomizer. Scrambles item/chest/heart piece/etc locations. Nice twist when you've played the game half a dozen times already.

A few good Super Mario World hacks are The Second Reality Project Reloaded 1 and 2 and This Hack Needs a Name.

The later is like the original SMW in a parallel universe with very creative new world themes and switch palace colors.

Earthbound Halloween isn't too bad, same guy who made Undertale and even has one of the main songs from Undertale which is also in the Homestuck webcomic, Megalovania.
