Also why the fuck is the flashcart for SNES such as the SD2SNES so friggin expensive?

You can buy a SNES console and 2-3 carts for that price.

Additional games can be added to the NES mini after hacking it. It's probable that a similar procedure will be possible with the SNES mini, but it remains to be seen if and how it will work out.
