Nope. Old PacMan had a nose. It is literally just ripped from official PacMan (PuckMan) art, though they colored the Power Pellet in such a way that it looks like his glove. Seems like an odd move, they could've easily made some original art (I think maybe the ghost is original? not sure) for him to make the ripoff a LITTLE less blatant.
