No, it's the follow up, World of Illusion, its a 2 player game. Kind slow, but it's great.

Fantastic in co-op, playing World of Illusion single player is a wasted opportunity, the levels are designed for 2 players

Quackshot kicks the shit out of both Illusion games. So many memorable moments and setpieces, meanwhile World of Illusion has level design on par with your average Amiga game.

I love Quackshot to death, it's my favorite Sega-developed Disney game for sure. But nah you're wrong, World of Illusion is also great.
