I use pic related for emulation, and games on ps1 that don't use the joystick. The dpads on these are, in my opinion, fantastic. Also, feel free to post your comfiest controllers for 2d emulation.
modern ergonomics with a great dpad. also only $15

i have a couple myself, good pads but they go flat dpad and wear out faster than the stock ps1 pads.
i want to eats it

The advantage sticks are terrible.
The SNES turbo one is directly shit on by the Hori Commander.
All in all, they're just OK, nothing special.

What's the point? Why not just buy a Dualshock 2 controller?
>>4165147
Hori controllers are ugly in design how can that be good

it is usb?
>>4165487
Yes. It also works with Switch for games that don't need the analog sticks.

I think this is the first controller I've ever seen that made me think "Damn that looks good"
Sadly, I'd still need the analog sticks. I've been playing a lot of PS1 and some games are just unplayable without them.

Shit, I think I'm ditching my snes usb for this thing.
It looks more confy.

That particular one is interesting as it's d-pad feels almost identical to the SNES. When you crack it open, the underlying mechanism is the same, and I'm 90% sure that the rubber membranes are interchangeable.

those controllers are garbage, flimsy dpad is slippy and the l&r buttons are too thin
>>4162857
the one handed ascii Grip is better
