It meant GTFO, I used a cheat emulator thing back in the day and set my health to be infinite and discovered this thing was doing like 50 damage per hit (designed to just kill you if you run into it).

I forget the trick involved but you basically have to use the tunnels to get around it, and be careful that it doesn't doubleback on you.

Man I spent hours playing this on my 3do. Killed the final boss and then couldn't escape cos I didn't move the barrel which blocked the exit hole through to the basement. Pissed off is an understatement.
