Yeah, but it was added back in (with an english version of the song, as well as the japanese original) on the PSP version on Dracula X Chronicles.
The Fairy that sings that song wasn't on the western release of SOTN back then, due to copyright I believe (the singer was some famous J-pop girl, if I'm not mistaken).
There was also another familiar called Tengu, which is like the little flying devil but with a funny mask (which I believe is also based on a japanese celebrity)
