Where would i find retro wallpapers for older computers?

they come preinstalled with windows but if you insist on using custom shit then go through usenets and the wayback machine

Here's the secret to making a shitty looking wallpaper that looks like it came out of the late 90s. Might not be what you're looking for, but who knows

- Download and install Irfanview
- Open wallpaper of choice in Irfanview (preferrably 4:3 or skewed to 4:3)
- Save as jpg, set "save quality" to 20

Sonic Jam for Saturn has 4 wallpapers you can use if you put the CD on your computer CD drive.

Go to google images

Type name of game and add "imagesize:1024x768" (no quotes) to the end of search field. You should be able to find a decent number for PC games at least.

I was mesmerized when I saw this one back in the day. I thought it was interactive, that I would find easter eggs if I clicked the right books, or find something behind the painting. It looked so real at the time, now it looks cheesy 3D.
