Get a Rygar in there, anything Williams is ace, Tapper, Spy Hunter, Crystal Castles, Elevator Action.
Is this going to be open to the public, or just a private thing?

Anything Williams. Atari vector-based games. Bally/Midway licensed Namco games.

This^^^
Could change alot of variables.

I built a Space Invaders themed bartop earlier this year. I really like how it turned out.
Sitting in a dark room in the middle of the night with nothing but the screen's glow and marquee light brings on all the nostalgic feels.

Follow your dreams, it's what I do.

I have a star wars trilogy DX and Ms PAC man cabaret. Once I move into my apartment I'm going to hopefully get more. I want to add Galaga or Area 51 to it but I don't want to many machines, just enough to merge with my retro game room, so I'm probably going to build a MAME.

Magical Drop III, Hydro Thunder, & Outrun

Raiden was my favourite game to play at an arcade. Street Fighter was also fun af cause I had it at home so it was familiar.

Probably better to get recommendations from people who are going to actually play there. Plenty of good games listed here that will get close to zero use.
Berzerk, Alien Storm, House of the Dead, Twinkle Star Sprites
Sega rally 2 is still one of my favourite racing games. Saw a cabinet in Croatia 2 weeks ago, had to get playing it.
joustcrazy taxi
rampage / WT

Joust is my favorite. Great for score chasing. Raise DX is a good shmup. If you'll be playing with others tmnt or blitz.
Time Crisis 2 (or 3 if you're cool with early-mid 2000s arcade games)
Time Crisis 2 is a perfect game

I was mostly a beat-em-ups and fighting games fan back when I used to visit arcades, so I would put a lot of those in there--SF2, Killer Instinct, Primal Rage, the Street Fighter vs. Everybody crossover games, Final Fight, Captain Commando, Battletoads, etc.
For other recommendations, I think putting GPS inside the cabinets in case they're stolen would be a good idea.
I'd kill for a cabinet with all the Capcom and Konami beat 'em ups.
Asterix is underrated, especially if you know the comics.
>>4104529
any Capcom CPS1-2 games. Some of my favorite beat em ups are from these machines.
