good choice, too. but it isnĀ“t even a challenge
cant fuck with grim fandango. it was totally a right-place-right-time kind of game. it would take another couple thousand years of adventure games to nail the writing, tone, humor, and scope that grim fandango succeeds at having.
Everyone was sooo excited for Broken Age but that wasnt even close.

I dunno, Portal 2 really nailed having excessive amounts of snark

Dude, I dont even get why people think this skeleton game is fucking good at all. Besides having frustrating controls and ugly as shit character models, it doesnt even finish the story. You just drive into a tunnel? Wow. Great way to end your 4 year epic journey. Use your imaginations kids and go fuck yourself they said.
I love the designs, concept, and characters, but I remember the game dropping off pretty hard in the second half.
Should retry this title again tho sometime

Chapter 3 is linear for the first half and then far too short and small in the opened up second half, it feels way more confined and less satisfying then Rubacava. Chapter 4 is a series of very small areas, some of which are retreads of previous areas, so again it's not quite so satisfying.
It's still a great game throughout but the first half and particularly chapter 2 is where it peaks.

Doom 2 is better
