Yes, I've played it. Never seen it discussed on here before. It's okay, I thought the controls were pretty bad, especially cause there's no analog support, and the game is pretty easy with only like 5 or 6 stages. I'd say it's worth checking out if you're a big Bebop fan. I just wish there was a translation of it somewhere cause I'd at least like to know what's going on in the story

Not quite a rail shooter, more of Panzer Dragoon clone. The key is that you have full 360 degree view. Maybe this can be a sub-genre of Rail shooter, I don't know.

A proper rail shooter would be Vanark, which is more of a Starfox Clone:
