Windjammers is so good, I can't believe it's not popular. Not completly forgotten, but certainly not in enough people's mind. Maybe the PS4 re-release can change that.

Tetris Battle Gaiden is straight up the best versus multiplayer on the SNES. I know it's Japan exclusive, but a game this good has to have a fanbase.

Honestly dude, I have no idea. From personal experience, I don't own the game, but from the videos I see online it seems like it has some really cool games on it. Super Sprint, Smash TV, and the old arcade version of rampage look like they play well. Considering that it only goes for about $5 I think it would be a nice asset to my arcade-y PS1 collection. But Im a sucker for arcade compilations on the PS1 (Asteroids, Centipede, Williams Arcade Greatest Hits etc)

In general, no. I think the MSX games (especially MG2) are more underrated than Ghost Babel. But given the odd cultlike nature of Metal Gear's fanbase Ghost Babel has always seemed a little neglected.
