yeah Divine Sealing is actually extremely difficult (without save states) and shitty. Makes getting those nude scenes rewarding. I also dont know how to play mahjong but there is a shit ton of sexy ones.

not him but none of the games i've played had a tuto. you can find tutos and exercises on the web though. also download a yaku list because that's very important. it can take a few hours to learn how to play but the game is actually quite simple

If you're asking about mahjong or arcade games, they have so little text that nobody bothers to translate them.
They're very much playable without knowing Japanese anyway. Maybe recognize the kana for Ron, Kon, Reach helps when playing games that use menus instead of key shortcuts, or reading item description instead of trial and error, but that's it.

Now if you want other retro games with sexy girls in English, lots of Alicesoft games have been translated.
