Not sure about that exact chipset but I've had tons of CL cards. Sold thousands of them in the 90's to europoors who couldn't afford decent cards.

I don't have one but it's an XGA card. If you're using a 1080p HDTV as your display and you can tell it to display 1:1 its ideal as long as you don't mind 4:3 and I imagine most games you're playing don't support 16:9 anyway. If you're playing on a vga crt monitor especially if it's a good one and you're trying to make your eyes nut at the resolution possible in the early 90s you might want something a bit better.
