You can't even notice it..
>>4033134

t. Plays easy games
Shitposting aside, that shit is murder in fighting games and SHMUPs
Don't high end projectors have much less input lag than LCD TV's?
>snes game
>nes-style controllers
Why?
I don't notice lag except with protection screens
>>4034072
projection
>SNES9X
>NES30s
>Sony VPL
Minimal input delay, probably ~10ms
>>4034085
So you're gonna call that 25-30ms delay on the projector output lag?
So do you jerk off together before or after Prehistoric Turtlesaurus?

>snes game
Note the font used; That's the arcade version.
>>4034231
Yes, and 25ms is pretty damn good I'm sure most anons playing on hdtvs have worse display lag.
>>4036276
Most probably do. But it's two nearly frames of lag you don't get playing on the real thing.
>>4033718
>Thinks there is emulator lag that an autistic would even notice
>Sleeps at night being as wrong as he can be.
Emulators delay as much as 2012 gaming monitors. Almost non existent.
>>4033101
Any projector worth its salt is DLP. DLP delay on muylti-wheel projectors is at best 30ms for a middle tier 2011 projecotr. But something like a BenQ 1080 or w1500 from 2013 or newer have as little as 2ms when routed through a Pioneer Elite that adds 1ms. Even the old Mitsu Diamond rear projection tvs had under 5ms and even less with the laser tvs. Until the rear project died off in 2012.
>>4033101
On a related note, what are some good USB NES controllers?
>>4036512
>2ms
You are absolutely dreaming. Even the higest end current gaming monitors aren't anywhere near that fast.
You must be getting mixed up with a completely different manufacturer quoted spec.... and manufacturer specs are always horse shit.
>>4036548
>You are absolutely dreaming
Indeed he is anon.
>>4036548
Gaming monitors are actually faster than CRTs often. Getting well under 2ms.

K, kid.
>>4036697
Show me an equivalent for your postage stamp-sized "gaming monitors" then.
Of course the test will have to be conducted using SD signals common to retro consoles because, well, that's what we're discussing on this board.
>>4036704
>Of course the test will have to be conducted using SD signals common to retro consoles because, well, that's what we're discussing on this board.
PC games weren't limited to SD resolutions, kiddo.
See leo bodnar test with monitors getting 8 to 9ms. That faster than a lot of CRTs.
>>4036708
Please stop calling me kiddo you gaming-LCD-using underage shitstain.
>>4036713
Maybe try not stating underage ignorance,
>>4036717
I play PC games on a CRT anyhow, regardless of their resolution.
LCD always has been, and continues to be, a shit display technology. I hope to god it dies before my CRTs and PDPs do.
>>4036720
Man you are poor and dumb.
>>4036734
Neither actually but thanks for being the poster boy for projection.
No, not the kind of projection this thread was initially concerned with. The other kind.
>>4036736
You praising out dated tech they you are says otherwise. Along with your underage statement that PC games only play at SD resolution.
You tried I guess.
>>4036741
My "outdated tech" will still be outperforming yours even by the time you leave school, youngling.
Also I never stated that PC games were limited to SD. That's you projecting again.
>>4036746
>My "outdated tech" will still be outperforming yours even by the time you leave school, youngling.
Not really but have fun thinking that kiddo. CRT has been surpassed for a long while.
>Also I never stated that PC games were limited to SD.
K kid see
>Of course the test will have to be conducted using SD signals common to retro consoles because, well, that's what we're discussing on this board.
>>4036747
That quote doesn't mention PC in any way, shape or form.
>willywonkayoulose.gif
>>4036756
You can't read a post chain either huh, kid? Well add that to the list.
>>4036758
There with the projection again? You're getting pretty good at this!
:-)
>>4036696
>my TV has 14ms
>>4037594
Thanks anon.
That guy (whichever rock he's crawled back under) was an utter moron and I'm glad someone else agrees with me on that.
