I played this one, the CD one and the game gear one, and can say this one is fairly different

is an step up in every aspect except the game-play.

when before you had a board often was pretty easy to predict things, the saturn one you had to guess a lot. It was never frustrating (except in the train section one, you fucking know which one)

is still good, you may like it even more, but I didnt cause it was 2diferent4me and ended up liking it just fine.

it may seem like the predicting part seems like a pretty insignificant detail but it does make it feel different.

I played ~10 hours of the first scenario but it didn't really impress me. The gameplay seemed really slow, fairly shallow, and I didn't like all of the RNG-dependent critical hits and skills. The writing seemed like it was comparable to Golden Sun which is not a good thing.
