People still refer to portable games from Europe/Australia as PAL because they were still distributed in the same region as PAL games. If nothing else, the PEGI rating (or I guess in Retro gaming's case, the lack of a GAA/ESRB rating) on them makes them different even if the actual ROM on the cart is exactly the same.

Besides, people still refer to modern Euro/AUS region games as being PAL, even though HDTVs don't work that way. Stop being so fucking autistic.

These "experts" have no real information. I and anyone who has dealt with actually shipping boxes knows more than VGA shit. This is why they don't really take shipping boxes. Which are INCREDIBLY easy to fake. They have no idea how these games are manufactured and shipped but they'll grade them if you pay them.

And this is ignoring the stupidity of grading games in the first place when an uncirculated quality is non existent unlike with cards, comics, and figures.

Also, mistakes and discrepancies don't mean they're automatically a scam. It's not a machine doing the grading, it's humans. Humans make mistakes. Shit happens.

They are meant to make an objective grade on something. If you send something back and it receives a different grade it's a scam.

I'd concede if the grades changed like .5 from grader to grader. Sure human inconsistency. But if you want that Pokemon he has gotten card that were rated in the 7s and 8s get regraded to the 9s. That is a scam. Also he has a ton of cards that had to be resent back in because there were errors on the card but they graded it as a normal card. Also the 9 and 10 rating are a shitshow if you'll get a perfect or not.
