I did it. I finally made it to Chocobo World.

I always wondered what the "Chocobo World/Pocket Station" option in FF8 was about as kid.

Nice scoop
Has Selphie asked you to come live in Balamb Garden yet?

I'm surprised they're not still trying shit like this with mobile phone apps that link up to your Playstation account or whatever the fuck consoles have these days.
>>4021509
>he doesn't Xbox app
nigga, do you even Madden? that shit has the most scientific breakdowns of strategic playcalling you could ever ask for, all from a phone.
I swear to god, I could beat you sitting in my bathroom, not even looking at the TV, using only my phone for the controller, and whip your ass up and down the field, defense and offense, running plays out of the Nickel and Shotgun exclusively, thanks to the Xbox App with the Madden interface.

Whatever, m8. I'd literally rape you at 10-Yard Fight.
Literally.
Rape.
You.

I remember playing FFVIII on the PC as a kid because I just didn't have a playstation at the time, and it had that minigame with it. You definitely didn't miss anything.
>want to 100% a game
>it requires playing time consuming retarded mini-games
That's when I just rush through the story and never touch the game again
>>4021350
Bretty gud fampai!
>>4021641
>tfw the Pikachu that loves you died along with that stupid watch battery
>>4021875
You have to reset it every 1 million steps anyway, which happens about 3 times a year if you're not a slob. Bit of a dick move, really, you manage to accumulate a million steps and then it's just stuck with that stupid message.
Getting it back to "loving" you only takes a couple of days. It helps when you know the timing on the slot machine mini game though. Still, you can't excessively abuse that feature, because the number of triple 7s you can get is limited by how many steps you've taken.
Also, I've found out that if you switch the battery quickly enough, your data does not get lost.
