What other games have you played? I can understand someone thinking N64 games "aged" (even though I don't believe in the concept of games aging) but I find it weird you'd include Perfect Dark as your most favorite, since precisely FPS was one of the genres that advanced the most in recent years. Seems like you need to explore the N64 catalogue a bit more.
Props for Pokemon Snap though, I'm not even a big Pokemon fan but I love that game's idea and wish there were more games like it.
