Jesus christ I wish I could find this Ninja: Shadow of Darkness ad from the 90's on.. Tips and Tricks it might have been. Anyway, the add was the fucking shittiest thing ever: It had a drawing on a man with bandages over his eyes and the caption "It's all fun and games, until someone loses an eye" and it was a fucking dumb WARNING that the "bright flashes" from Eidos' "Ninja shadow of Darkness" might cause blindness if you play it for too long.
The kicker: the game itself was absolute shit and I never got past the first 5 minutes; and "bright flashes"..? Give me a break. I dont know if they were concerned or trying to create controversy but there was nothing flashing in that dumb dull ass game.
