Sega Saturn emulation is more messed up. I use multiple emulators depending on the game in question. Even use different versions of SSF.
Expect more tweeking.

PS1 has been basically streamlined for casuals. You can use ePSXe 2.0.

there is like 1 or 2 game which needs a specific version. Everything else worth playing is fine on the latest test version; the only games not working are shit like Saturn Doom or NBA 98.

Mednafen for both,SSF is also pretty decent for Saturn emulation.
