Pokemon Snap if you want a unique on-rails photography game, Stadium if you have a transfer pak and a copy of R/B/Y on gameboy.
Pokemon Puzzle League is just Tetris Attack with pokemon skinned over it, so it's fun.

i haven't seen one specifically, but if there is an english translated ROM, chances are good someone has put it on a repro cart and is selling it. i've seen the games i mentioned earlier and bangai-o. i've also seen carts for master quest and the goldeneye X mod that has goldeneye's multiplayer levels with perfect dark's weapons, modes and bots.

Unfortunately, most games on N64 do suck. All of the good games from this console either have remakes that were better and introduced QoL improvements to keep these titles fresh, or simply just have better entries elsewhere.

The N64 was revolutionary for it's time but the push for 3D was so aggressive that there were no RPGs on the system as the cartridge was too limited to hold big game world assets and as such many games suffered.

The only games worth revisiting on this console would probably be Paper Mario, Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards, and finally Super Mario 64.

I would also recommend Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Caliber if you're into the SRPG genre, but the game is rather dated and the entries on PS1 were better.

N64 was popular enough that you can still find deals at yard sales and Mom-and-Pop thrift stores that don't price-match online.

Who knows, or cares. The point is you don't have to shell out more than $5 a game if you have access to yard sales and flea markets. I put together a modest little collection a couple of months ago. I don't think I spent more than $40 on everything.

The game that we got as BM64 here was called differently in Japan, and in 2001, a game called Bomberman 64 was released only in Japan and in limited quantity. This one was a regular Bomberman 2D game, it's one of the most expensive titles in the console.
