Does anyone know what the best driver is to use for Guncon2 on the PC?

I thought so, anyway supposedly there are multiple drivers for the Guncon (smog, wingon) but for some reason there almost aren't any download links to be found, I tried Wingon but it wouldn't install all drivers, is there works on Win 7+?
