Anyone know where to get a 72 to 60 pin adapter? Every time I search, I get the other way around. A famicom is the only working version of the system I have at the moment and I want my roomate to be able to catch me playing "Golf" alone in my bedroom at night.
Where you live, anon?
I bought a new one from Stone Age Gamer in the U.S., though those are $30 which seems expensive for such a simple thing.
Ebay seems to have cheaper ones from Hong Kong, and then there's those Chinese stores people here talk about.

Try tototek, gamedoctor and ufo. At least one of them will have it.
Here's some newly produced ones

Is that a converter from those repackaged famicom carts?
I've tried to find one of those before.
Why not just get golf? It's dirt cheap plus the early Famicom games look stylish as fuck

Those converters do the opposite. They let you play famicom games on an NES, where OP wants to play NES on a famicom.
