Thats a Raspberry Pi3 running DreamPi Software.

using a USB modem, you can simulate a Dial-Up connection and play many old Dreamcast Games online. Cost about $30-40 to make and setup.

While the ethernet Broadband adapter does exist (for about $150-200 now days). most games don't support it, and were optimized for dialup anyway. So using a DreamPi is the best option. Its becoming almost like an Xbox-Live of Dreamcast now.

I used a 2nd generation mod where we built the LVI with USB power off the back of the unit so no 9V needed... Now people do a 3rd gen mod trick from Dreamcast-Talk can build it INSIDE the modems... So your modem will have 2 USB plugs, one for power, one for data.

You can technically use standard Paid or free Dial-Up providers, however there latency is really bad now.

Using a DreamPi box, you basically become your own private Dial-Up provider using your existing broadband. you get the best possible connection your 56K modem could ever get.

In my country there is some retarded reseller that puts 10x regular price tag be either JP or EU version of DC games, for example you would find JP Christmas Nights for 4$ when he sells it for 40$

At least it's just one guy. In general, eBay's new median price is killing retro game prices. When you see that something is "trending at X price" it inevitably raises everything. More money for the seller means more money for Paypal and eBay.
