General You Missed 2 Thread

What's your LCK at? I keep mine at 4 and the Hit/Miss is never very obnoxious at that.

How do you even get such low values? Do you have no perception and low gun skills or are you trying called shots to the nuts?

Actually im going to agree with this but its usually some other way around.

Accuracy 0% chance and I still hit probably every 3rd or 4th shot (doesn't 0 mean 0?)

Accuracy 95% chance and I miss 1 out of 4 or sometimes 1:3.

This is like xcom, it must be a rule of thumb guestamation the character makes but the reality is different, so you cant really rely on what it says.

Nope, it's as high as it goes. I guess developers wanted you to never be completely 100% sure that you'll hit.
