Is the PC version the best way to play pic related?

Honestly other the maybe ps1 I don't think it matters much. This game has literally a million ports, you would think its a FF game. I believe the 3ds version is the newest version, I have to imagine that is probably the best.

PS2NOTRETRO if you want a remake. Dreamcast if you want the best version of the original game.

I like to play it on the 64 cause the controller and it doesnt look too bad at 640x480 anyway. I have the PC version too though and it looks really really nice though but doesnt have n64 controller.

Didn't the PS2 version have extra levels compared to the original versions?
I've got the PS1 version myself and even though it doesn't look as appealing as let's say the N64 and DC versions, it still plays really well and it worth getting if you can find it cheap.
