You could honestly replicate it with the 10 buck pi zero and a premade shell. Not even memeing.

I have one. It's playable but it suffers from the same full-size-cart-slot looseness of the Nomad and the buttons feel chinky.

i got the PSP Go recently and played Dracula X on it at full speed.

SNES emulation on psp is pretty bad.

Not saying OP's handheld is a better solution though. I'd rather a PSP with 3 frameskip than that monster.

Best solution would be a smartphone with a controller, hacked 3DS, or one of those android game systems like GPD XD/Win

While true, at least it plays them, last time I tried SNES emulation on PSP the only shit I wanted to play crashed or wouldn't start.
