Good list as 人形使い2 is a lot more playable than the first (translated as Metal & Lace), it's one one of the few decent fighting games on the PC98.

Briganty is fun too, and I'll add Night Slave and Binyu Hunter to the list of action games.

Star Platinum for some Koi-koi with adorable girls and catchy OST.

The PC-98 was a personal computer series developed by NEC that was also used to develop games for a variety of systems in the 80s and 90s.

Some good games are Super Mario Bros., the Legend of Zelda, and Metal Gear Solid.

Naru Mahjong is great as it has the girls from the Libido 7 games (tons of hot yuri, but there are some loli)

PQMJ has neet animations, as does the Animahjong games by Sogna, who are famous for the Viper series.
