Why are the two girls in the next box? Why is there an empty space on the bottom row?
Is this a glitch (E.g. should the dancing girls be on the left side of the screen rather than the right?), or just a visual joke that has to do with subverting expectations as they added more and more characters to the ending as you started at a higher block level?

Heighth of four - still a lot of blank space to fill.
But then you get the picture in the OP- the bottom row never fills in, and then there's shit in the box that displays the next tetronimo. Is this a joke? Did they not want to obscure their beautiful 2-bit pixel art of a russian skyline? A glitch (I fervently hope so)? or what?
Does anyone else care?
