I never found Navi annoying. Outside of the Deku Tree that is, because she functions as a forced tutorial in that dungeon.

Otherwise she says HEY once in a while. That's it. She says LISTEN only if you choose to listen to her.

The WATCH OUT sound clip is actually kind of cool. IMO it hypes up the situation you're in.

She annoyed me on occasion for sure. There were definitely times I wanted her to just shut up, even if she talked pretty infrequently.

But yeah, she's not as bad as the hyperbole makes her out to be. Especially compared to the other companions in the series. Im still surprised how popular Midna was, she talks way more than Navi ever did. I dont really care that she has a bigger role in the story or that some people find her "more interesting" than Navi, she kept interrupting my game to yap at me and it was fucking annoying.

I still think most Midna fans only like her because they're waifufags and/or want to fuck her
