Not retro, but early GBA games like Wario Land 4 and Mario & Luigi have a really unique aesthetic I can't quite pinpoint
Other than that, late NES like Kirby's Adventure look great.

You seem to misunderstand, by definition almost all of them are and none of them are. Aesthetic is retro styled art/sound especially that which fits into corporatist structure that's modified as to mock the marketing of those designs in a nostalgic but comprehensibly random and tacky manner. That means most games can either act as the central theme or additive nature of aestheticness but at the same time no games have aesthetic because no games are self modified to make that statement. The closest you could get to aesthetic would be outlying software like worlds.com with custom craziness.
