neutopia 2 of course if you didnt know it had a sequel. If you are emulating you should try out valkyrie no densetsu its in japanese but easy enough to figure out if you are clever. There are quizes that reward you things but the answers are always the same so you just have to remember the order. Its overhead action game with rpg elements but its based on an arcade game so not too heavy of an rpg. Still its a damn fun game. My favorite game on the system is sonson 2, its brutally hard though but it rewards you for getting gud like way more cash to beat stages quickly. It's a lot like wonderboy in monster land actually which is also on the system but with a sprite swap as bikkuriman world and is also another one of my favorite games. Also wonder boy 3 was on the console as Dragon's Curse its also awesome.
