Assuming the name is pronounced from a Japanese perspective, it would be TAH-EE-TOE (タイト)
TIE-TOE is not correct, as Japanese syllables are not supposed to bleed together. Each (kana) character that you see in Japanese represents a distinct syllable, and each of those syllables is pronounced distinctly.
