Guys! Please help!
I can't get it out of my head for some reason and my google-fu sucks so I can't find anything on it.
So, back in the mid to late '90s I had a shareware games collection CD.
On that CD there was a roleplaying game / game with roleplay elements set in the stone age. I don't recall the name of that game.
-traveling was done on a landscape in first person. Like a raycaster only without any walls, had some tree and rock sprites.
-random encounters with wild animals and other humans
-you could trade, convice to join you or fight.
-fighting was basicaly a sidescrolling beat 'em up.
-you could craft stuff. Knapping spear or arrow tips was done by actually beating rocks in the needed shape. You had a rock and an outline of what to craft, the longer you held the mouse button, the stronger you were hitting the rock.
If I recall correctly it was listed under games for Windows 3.1
PLEASE, if any of you remember something even remotely similar, please point me in the right direction. I want to give that game another look and it drives me up the wall.
Pic obviously unrelated.
The Lost Tribe?

Thanks, but it isn't that. Unless there is a different game than the 1992 DOS release.
It was a Windows application. (As in "this program requires Microsoft Windows")
You probably remember something wrong or combine several games together mistakenly.

There are many old shovelware titles I wish I could play again
