Skullmonkeys is great, but the original The Neverhood is the best; being able to actually explore a claymation world in POV view (albeit in Myst-like rails) was awesome.

Was Rampage clay-animated? It looked like lame early CG, but it might have been because of sprite blurriness.

Most stop motion-animated stuff ends up looking clayish. Mortal Kombat bosses, Primal Rage and some of the monsters in Quest for Glory come to mind

most of the cutscenes in Boombots sucked. Skullmonkeys was actually a fun game and every cutscene was at least a little funny, I was real disappointed when Boombots was a shit game AND an unfunny one.
