You just posted one. Also Colony Wars: Vengeance, both Parasite Eves but the second isn't great, the Syphon Filters, and then of course the obvious Resident Evils, Metal Gear Solid, and Final Fantasy.

Ergheiz (quest mode), Tales of Eternia, Legend of Legaia, YGO Forbidden Memories (not even kidding)

But you should avoid these games though, they are considered shit by the majority and I kind of agree in many points.

My favorite PS1 games are Doom, PO'ed, Metal Gear Solid, Tomb Raider, Wipeout 3, Board Game Top Shop, Croc, Medal of Honor, Test Drive 6, and Tekken 3.
