SNES, PS1 or GBA?
Is this still not common knowledge? Or are you just trying to start a conversation?
PS is the best version, mostly because of the improvements on the battle system, extra content and better fan translation.
Don't touch the GBA version, it's a weird PS/SNES port mix that does everything wrong. It's slow, ugly, sounds terrible, and the translation may as well be worse than Dejap's version.

PSP > PS1 > SF > GBA

PSP has no translation patch though, does it?
>>3767857
It doesn't, no.

It's in the works.
If SNES has fan translation, then that because of no loading times, which is a big advantage for RPG games.

Translation by Absolute Zero, won't be out anytime soon.

Aye.

It's not a good translation, though. The PS1 translation is decent, and pretty much everything about the core game has been improved, as well.
Even though the PS1/PSP versions are better, SNES' aesthetic and music have a special place in my heart. Most of the times I'd rather play it.

I'd like to note that only having played the GBA version I still liked it a good deal. I'm sure it's not the best version, but as a stand alone experience I enjoyed it.
