Space Station Silicon Valley > Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon > Banjo-Kazooie > Super Mario 64

I agree but people will fight it because Mario.
I don't even think Mario 64 was good as a Mario game. There wasn't a good 3D Mario until Galaxy.

Agreed. BK had a lot more character to its worlds and characters. Mario 64 had its share of worlds that were kinda dull and bland.

Both have ups and downs. I enjoy parkouring like a motherfucker in Mario 64.

Well it verys on what you like, yes they're both pretty much a collect-a-thon but they're both have their differences. Banjo I feel is more puzzled based, while Mario 64 was more platformed based. I personally enjoy Banjo over Mario due to the personality of the game. I enjoyed the humor, and the music a lot to it, and I felt that the puzzle solving wasn't that annoying compared to the platforming while fighting the camera.

I DISAGREE! SM64 IS THE BEST!

I feel very similarly, I had both as a kid, enjoyed both, but Banjo has stuck with me and held up better because of the character and superior world building.
