You mean Doom95? Google it, if you're morbidly curious. It is among the absolute worst ways you can play Doom, though.

There are two versions, Doom95 that came with the shareware WAD and one that came with Final Doom in some countires. (That's right, my FD didn't even have the dos exe back in the day. Pity me.) The Final Doom version is the one with the startup Windows GUI do you don't have to use command-line arguments, the one that comes with shareware wad does not, but they can both play all official wads.
