Not good at all. It's one genre that just doesn't mesh with me. Mean Bean Machine was my first Game Gear game, though, because it was that or some shitty sports game.

My gf is good at Dr. Mario and Tetris. And she loves Picross for some reason.

I broke Tetris Attack vs mode. Only endless is fun now.

I also used to play this a ton. Could be a genuine beast with Dan. You'd think he's the worst, but his damage is so high that if you get a big combo off and then can keep the pressure on you can just bury your opponent in red.

Imo, the best order to start is: Super Puyo Puyo 2 REMIX(This version has extra stages)>Sun(N64 or PS1)>4(Dreamcast)>Puyo Pop(GBA)>Puyo Pop Fever

Puyo Puyo/Dr.Pingas Mean Bean Machine/Kirby's Avalanche is good too but was outclassed by PP2 and its sequels. The Nazo Puyo series are a spin-off with pre-made puzzles and a totally different kind of gameplay.

Huge fan of Tetris Attack and Magical Drop 3, much better at the latter. I hangout in GGPO a lot looking for people to play.

I got till level 85 in SNES Wario's Woods rounds, usually get level 11 in the original versions of Tetris, get to level 11 in Dr. Mario at most and need at least 5 continues to be able to beat Tetris Attack in rounds.

So yeah, I'm just below mediocre.

Not very good at them. The only ones I can handle to some degree are Tetris and Picross. I'll try Puyo Puyo later today, that looks interesting and it's been sitting on my computer for a while.

I can't get past the last couple stages on Puyo Puyo 2, and I struggle a lot even from the 2nd stage. Well maybe not struggle, but playing cutiouslty, I start struggling at stage 6 or 8.

I'm terrible, I've played Puyo Puyo a lot since release and I still only focus on 2chains and 3 chains. While I'm bad at these games I still play them a lot. Things like panel de pon, battle tetris battle gaiden, money idol exchangers, etc.
I'm good enough to get past the AI in these games but the real benefit comes with playing with other people who are just as bad as I am, it's always a good time even without high skills.
