For nes and snes I use 91% isopropyl alcohol and q-tips or paper towels. There is a thin layer of plastic over the actual sticker so that it won't damage the art. Be careful if your stickers have punctured lining as it can then make the ink bleed

hi-concentrate alcohol, everclear can work in a pinch
