It would be hard to do much with him now. Maybe have him crossover with other Sega franchises like Alex Kidd in Shinobi World did. An attempt to recreate Miracle World wouldn't be any good and an all setting and gameplay would just raise the question 'why use this character at all'?

I don't see how they could possibly bring back Alex Kidd and make it good.

I don't like the weird, dopey Enchanted Castle design, the original SMS design is best.

A new Alex Kidd game would be great if they could get Phoenix Rie to do art direction and world building. Maybe it could even be in 3D.
