This game is actually really good. I wonder why it fell into obscurity. This could easily become one of the best PS1 games

It was literally my first ps1 game AND first 3D game, I only had a snes before, so I was quite amazed by everything, even if I didn't knew exactly what to do and got stucked several times...
To this day I still haven't beaten it, thanks for the reminder anon, going to revisit this memory and finish this once for all.

syphon filter, MOH/MOHU and TWINE were far superior shooters on the system.

I actually got this game cheap when I bought my PS1 second hand but only played it once. Is it better to use the dualshock controllers than the original ones for it? I read that later releases benefitted from the added analog sticks.
