Speaking of Earthworm Jim how do you beat the part 1 Level 5 during the part where you are trapped in a cage?
I am playing on hard and lost 7 lives and 2 continues there. I go down to 25% health best during the first part and the super health only brings you up to 50% for the 2nd part which is impossible.

There is no way to tell where the cells are coming from.

There's not much you can do if you're playing on an emulator, on LCD or suffer from any sort of input lag. A fairly designed section like that suddenly becomes near impossible with a lag handicap. If it's hard on a CRT + real hardware then just get good, there's no real trick to it that I recall. You just need to be able to react quick enough.
