I can play this game at the local arcade in the city where I always come for vacation, the city of Mar de Ajó, Argentina. I don´t speak japanese and I can´t find the game on Google by image or description. It´s a little machine that lets you try shots on a cartoon like basketball game to get more coins for the arcade. ¿Anybody know it's english name?

This must be an imported Chinese release of a Japanese game. I can tell because 灌籃 is primarily a Chinese word that means "dunk" (and brings back lots of Chinese results for the unrelated Slam Dunk manga on Google). The arcade probably got it for cheap from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia or Singapore. The fact that there's also Chinese text on the joystick art seems to support this (I can tell because there's no kana characters). Still trying to learn more Chinese myself.
Sadly, I can't tell you just what the game is, as Google is no help, even when attaching "Konami" to the search. Maybe it's one of those obscure medal games or something.
