Vanark is the closest thing the PS1 has to Starfox.

I would call MOH games fairly serious in tone and not goofy. If anything they are quite eerie, something no other ww2 game tried to achieve.

Quake 2 is "decent" for PS1 standars, and has a 4 player mode that runs flawlessly.
