So what exactly do I need to use a Famicom in North America? I bought one with no accessories for 1300 yen online and it showed up today. Help me out here.

Problem? Just give me a list of what else I need to buy to get it working on a North American TV.

Use a Genesis Model 1 power supply and I'm pretty sure the RF is identical to the NES's, you'll need a TV that can go up to Ch. 94/95 though, if it can't try a VCR.
You probably should have just waited to find a cheap AV Famicom or bought a Twin Famicom with a broken Disk System, it's easy to find them for like 50 bucks.

I thought Famicom AC adapters worked in America, though. I have a TV that can go up pretty high and a VCR I know for sure goes up to those channels so I'm all set there, and would I just get an NES RF box?

I think they do but it'll probably a hell of a lot easier and cheaper to find a Genesis one, and yeah an NES RF box should work fine from what I'm seeing.

1. An internet connection that can connect you to google in addition to 4chan and some jap shop
2. A little common sense
Is a PS an "accessory" it didn't come with? Do you have a TV? Do you have at least one game to plug in? Does the game work?
We can't hold you hand if we don't even know if you have arms.
Actually, hold on. It also came with a little white thing I'm assuming is an RF box, so hopefully I just solved that problem. It's the thing furthest to the left in this picture, hopefully it's the same as the NES one in terms of compatibility.

It won't use channels 3 or 4 though on an NTSC tv. I think it's channel 94.

I looked it up and apparently those boxes don't work, or are hard to get to work on American TVs, or something, so I just bought an NES RF modulator and a Genesis model 1 power adapter.
