Alright, I downloaded the .7z file of pic related, extracted the .iso using 7-zip, and ran the setup.
However, when I run the app as an administrator, it doesn't work. What will make it work?
Note: I am using a Windows 10 laptop

You can install Windows in DOSbox but video drivers may not work. There is a significant gulf of games that neither work in DOSbox nor in modern Windows using compatibility mode that's why a lot of us have retro PCs.

I've had this game working on Windows 7 & 10 fine, but tend to play it in a Windows 98 VM. There's a Puzzle Game of the Year edition with a further 50 puzzles, but I've never found a rip that worked -- it's very well copy protected.
